The Winston Campus Directory is given to each family that joins the WCE PTA. It includes phone numbers for faculty and staff members, and phone numbers and addresses of those students whose families have provided written permission for them to be included in the directory. You will receive a WCE PTA Directory Form at the beginning of school in the August mailing. If you wish to be included in the directory, please complete it, sign it and return it promptly. This form gives the WCE PTA permission to print your family information for the duration of time you have a child attending WCE. The directory is extremely useful to both your child to contact their friends and for parents to contact other parents.

Please complete this form, include your signature and return to the school by Sept. 10th.

If your child/children were in the directory last year you do not need to turn this form in again unless there are any changes.
