This softbound book contains many wonderful pictures and memories of the school year at Winston Campus Elementary. It contains pictures of all K-6 students, teachers and staff, plus many candid shots taken at activities throughout the school year. Order forms will be sent home with each child in January to pre-order a yearbook.

ITS TIME TO START TAKING PICTURES FOR THE 2010/2011 YEARBOOK!!

Pictures may be submitted via e-mail (preferred).

• Put the event name in the e-mail subject
• If possible, label photos by event
• Send photos from different events in a separate e-mail

Pictures may be submitted via CD.

• Disc should be clearly labeled with event name/names, put in a protective case and left in the “Yearbook folder” in the Elementary PTA file box (in the workroom behind the front office.)
• If possible, label titles of photos by event
• Multiple events can be on same CD as long as each event is contained within separate folders

The deadline for submitting pictures for each event will be THREE weeks after the date of the event. Deadlines for events in Feb. and March may have shorter deadlines. We will do our best to post photo deadlines in the Newsletter throughout the year.

Please consider submitting your photos for the 2010-11 Yearbook. Although we try our best to “be everywhere and capture everything”, we’d love to have the opportunity to share the quality photos you’ve captured throughout the year.
